Agreement

By booking a trip, submitting an enquiry or using the TRAVELRAYZ website (travelrayz.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

TRAVELRAYZ organizes and facilitates group travel experiences including treks, camping tours, spiritual yatras, weekend trips and customized journeys. We act as a tour operator coordinating transport, accommodation, meals and trip leadership as described in each trip's itinerary.

Booking, Cancellation & Refunds

Detailed booking confirmation, payment, cancellation, no-show, transport, accommodation and refund terms are set out in our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Trip-specific terms on the trip page or booking form always take priority. Please read that policy carefully before making a payment.

Traveler Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal and contact information at the time of booking.
  • Arrive at the designated pickup point on time. TRAVELRAYZ is not responsible for missed departures due to tardiness.
  • Carry valid government-issued photo identification.
  • Disclose any medical conditions, allergies or mobility limitations that may affect participation.
  • Follow instructions of trip leaders and respect fellow travelers, local communities and sacred sites.
  • Take personal responsibility for valuables and belongings during the trip.

Conduct

TRAVELRAYZ maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, intoxication, damage to property or behavior that endangers the group. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a trip without refund if their conduct is unacceptable or poses a safety risk.

Health & Safety

Trekking and adventure activities involve inherent risks. Participants join trips at their own risk and should assess their fitness level before booking. TRAVELRAYZ provides first aid kits and trained leaders but is not liable for injuries resulting from participant negligence, pre-existing conditions or force majeure events.

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRAVELRAYZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from trip participation. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the traveler for the specific trip in question. We are not responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by third-party vendors, transport operators or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Insurance

Travel insurance is recommended but not included unless explicitly stated. Participants are encouraged to obtain personal travel and health insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies and adventure activities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the TRAVELRAYZ website — including text, images, logos and trip descriptions — is owned by TRAVELRAYZ or used under license. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Forms & WhatsApp

When you submit our enquiry or booking form, your details are used to open a WhatsApp conversation with our team so we can assist you promptly. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
